There was a MVA near Tokeena crossroads in Seneca, SC
The woman rolled over in the water and the water was rising but she finally got out

At about 1PM near Estes Heating and Air, two vehicle collision, one was a blue SUV and the other was a silver sedan.

The incident was a head on collision and local fire department was called to the scene as well as police for traffic control. The decision was made to call in life flight due to the severity of the accident. Both vehicles had damage so bad the people had to be extricated.
